Guylaine David is a member of the firm’s global Leadership & Succession team. Guylaine consults with C-suites and top executives to bring customized solutions to leadership teams. Her expertise covers diversity, equity and inclusion as well as cultural transformation. She is based in Paris. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Guylaine joined Russell Reynolds Associates from the Boston Consulting Group, where she led project streams focused on leadership, cultural transformations and talent within the firm’s people and organization practice. Before this, she spent four years with Technicolor, leading talent development and acquisition efforts to drive strategic alignment and implement a new innovative talent policy. Guylaine previously served as the founder of Daintree Consulting, working directly with clients to support HR transformations, evolve critical skills and improve global performance. Prior, she was a project manager for ANVIE and then a senior consultant in Capgemini Consulting’s HR transformation practice. She began her career in M&A and auditing for PPR. EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS Guylaine earned her Master’s Degree in management from ESCP Europe. She speaks fluent French and English.
