He has more than 20 years of executive search experience and expertise partnering with multi-site, consumer-facing, service-related businesses with significant emphasis on the customer experience. Experience Focusing on c-suite leadership, Guy works extensively with organizations in the hotel, cruise, tour operator, trade association, and dining industries. His portfolio includes a wide spectrum of clients, from publicly traded to private-equity backed, from growth-focused to turnaround-oriented, where the search strategy involves looking across industries and functions to identify game-changing leadership. Key to this dynamic, Guy frequently engages with counterparts in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Recent assignments include board, CEO, COO, CMO, CHRO, and general management positions as well as development, growth strategy, and innovation. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Guy spent four years in executive search and management consulting.
