Gustaf Uttersten, based in Malmö, is an International Consultant at Mercuri Urval. With a background spanning Europe and the U.S., including several years based in Chicago, Gustaf has experience in international executive search and in supporting companies to build strong leadership teams and strengthen business performance across markets. Earlier in his career, he was involved in launching a consumer brand in the U.S. market, which gave him practical experience of growth, market expansion, and cross-border business.
