Gülven Aytekin is a Partner in the Consumer Practice at Spencer Stuart in Istanbul. In addition to her regional focus in Türkiye, she serves as the Functional Practice Lead for Marketing, Sales, and Communications across the EMEA region. With over two decades of experience in the executive search and leadership consulting industry, Gülven has developed deep expertise in identifying and developing top-tier talent for global and local organizations. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 2017, she spent 13 years at Amrop, where she rose from a research and consultancy role to become a Partner. Her extensive track record includes advising boards and senior management on leadership acquisition and organizational effectiveness. Gülven holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Boğaziçi University, where she graduated with High Honors.
