Gregory Gerin is a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he has been serving since November 2018 in Brussels as a member of the Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources Sectors, advising clients on leadership challenges and senior-level talent acquisition across global markets. With over 15 years of international industrial experience, he supports organizations in recruiting and assessing senior executives while delivering leadership and change management solutions across diverse geographies. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he served as Global Marketing Director for Radcure at Allnex from 2015 to 2018, where he led marketing strategy within the specialty chemicals sector. Earlier, he worked as a Business Development Manager for Bridgestone in 2014 to 2015, focusing on regional growth initiatives in the Greater Paris area. From 2010 to 2014, he was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on consulting engagements across Brussels and international markets. He began his career as a Project Manager at BIA Africa from 2006 to 2009, working across Belgium and West Africa. He holds a Master of Engineering in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Louvain and a Master in Management with a focus in Finance from Solvay Business School, Université Libre de Bruxelles
