Greg Sedlock is a Member of the Global Board of Directors at Spencer Stuart and a long-standing Leadership Advisor and Executive Search Consultant, where he has been serving since December 2005 in Stamford, Connecticut. He is a member of the firm’s global Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Board and CEO Practices, specializing in media, advertising technology, digital marketplaces, and consumer internet sectors, where he recruits senior executives across growth-stage and multinational organizations. He has held multiple leadership roles within Spencer Stuart, including Global TMT Practice Leader from 2018 to 2024 and North America TMT Practice Leader from 2014 to 2021, in addition to leading the Stamford office. Alongside his search work, he is an accredited Meyler Campbell executive coach, advising CEOs on leadership, organizational structure, and executive team composition. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, he held marketing and business development roles at Modem Media from 2003 to 2005 and at Organic, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. He began his career as an Associate Producer at ABC News from 1997 to 2000. He holds a BA in English and Political Science from Bucknell University.
