Greg Dickie is the Managing Partner at Royer Thompson in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he has been serving since January 2025, responsible for firm development, operations, and leading transformative executive search mandates focused on senior leadership and organizational effectiveness. He previously served as Vice President at Royer Thompson from 2020 to 2025, where he supported executive search delivery and leadership advisory services. Prior to joining Royer Thompson, he spent over 11 years at BDC in progressively senior roles, including Vice President for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & PEI from 2019 to 2020 and Vice President for Nova Scotia from 2013 to 2019, where he led financial services operations across the Maritime region with a focus on SME growth, capital access, and team performance. Earlier at BDC, he held roles as Manager of Business Centre, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager from 2002 to 2013, supporting business clients with financing and advisory solutions. He also worked as an Account Manager at HSBC from 2007 to 2008, managing SME commercial portfolios. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Saint Mary’s University and served as a Governor on its Board of Governors from 2014 to 2020.
