Based in Milan, she specializes in recruiting senior finance executives and advising organizations on financial leadership and organizational strategy. Giulia brings deep technical financial expertise to executive search, having previously served as the Head of FP&A for Italy at Schneider Electric. Her extensive corporate finance career includes over 11 years at GE, where she held senior roles such as Finance Manager for GE Power in London and Controller for South Europe. A graduate of GE’s prestigious Financial Management Program (FMP), she has worked across major financial hubs including London, Brussels, and Florence. Giulia holds an MSc in Economics, Financial Markets, and Institutions from Università Bocconi and participated in an exchange program at Queen Mary University of London.
