Gabriel Gonzalez-Saavedra is the President and CEO of GOSECO International Executive Search®, a boutique firm specializing in identifying bilingual and multicultural talent across the U. S., Mexico, and Latin America. With over 25 years of professional experience, Gabriel is a recognized leader in the global executive search community, currently serving as an Americas Council Member for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) and as the Regional Head for the Americas at ENEX Global Executive Search. Prior to founding GOSECO in 2015, he spent seven years at Barbachano International, Inc., where he was a top-performing Practice Leader for Commercial and Finance recruiting. His early career is marked by senior leadership and operational roles at major multinational corporations, including serving as Regional Operations Director at AT&T (Iusacell) and Pernod Ricard, as well as Key Account Manager at WK Kellogg Co. Gabriel holds a Master’s Degree in International Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from CETYS Universidad. He is an expert in navigating the complexities of talent acquisition for Fortune 500 companies operating in emerging markets.
