Gabe Lord is the Director of People Strategy and Culture at CleanSpark, where he leads the mission to drive accountability, safety, and innovation across the organization’s remote and multi-site operations. In addition to his corporate leadership, he is the Co-Founder and CEO of Operation Bitcoin, a non-profit division of The Orange Brigade Inc. dedicated to empowering veterans through education in technology, energy, and finance. Gabe’s extensive career in talent management includes serving as the Director of Talent Management for Southern Point Staffing and as a Human Resources Director for Albany Area Primary Health Care. He also spent over four years at Phoebe Putney Health System in key organizational development and talent strategy roles, where he established the Phoebe LEAD program and implemented systemic workplace civility initiatives. A veteran of the U. S. Army, Gabe served nearly nine years in roles ranging from logistics management in combat zones to leading regional recruitment efforts. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University and is a Certified Executive Coach through the University of Georgia.
