Frederik joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Monqi, a software company he founded and led for three years. As CEO, he drove the creation of a unique solution, focused on providing a safe mobile space for young children and promoting digital wellness for young users. Previously, Frederik spent close to six years as a partner at management consulting firm a-connect. During his tenure, he served clients across the healthcare industry, working in both London and Dubai. Frederik began his career at McKinsey & Co., before working at Novo Nordisk as head of corporate strategy. Frederik holds an MSc in economics and management from the University of Aarhus in Denmark and has completed executive education from INSEAD. He speaks fluent Danish and English.
