His career includes 16 years at Avery Dennison as Director of Engineering and Quality, where he utilized Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver over $40 million in productivity savings. Earlier in his career, he held management roles at Black & Decker, served as a Toyota Production System consultant, and began his professional journey as an engineer at Ingersoll Rand. Frank holds both a Master of Science in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
