Filiep’s advisory approach is rooted in nearly three decades of high-level strategic consulting. Before joining Russell Reynolds in 2018, he spent 25 years at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he served as a Senior Partner and Managing Director. During his tenure at BCG, he led the Brussels office and acted as the Practice Leader for the People and Organization division across Western Europe and South America. His expertise in human capital is further highlighted by his past roles leading regional and global partner evaluation and compensation committees, providing him with a sophisticated understanding of executive incentives and performance metrics. Beyond his corporate mandates, Filiep is deeply committed to the entrepreneurial and social sectors.
