Fabrice’s perspective is uniquely informed by his time in senior operational roles; he served as the Chief Operating Officer for DSM TCG, where he architected supply chain systems for e-communicative packaging, and as Business Director for Bio-Performance Materials at DSM, where he managed a €5 million budget to scale global bio-polymer strategies. His career also includes a significant tenure at Honeywell Specialty Materials as the Director of Business Development & Strategy for Europe, where he led M&A activities and expansion strategies across EMEA and the CIS.
