About Mr. Lebecq
Fabrice Lebecq is a Partner in the Global Industrial Practice and the Co-Global Practice Leader for Supply Chain & Operations at Heidrick & Struggles. Based in Brussels, Fabrice is a highly regarded advisor to C-suite executives and Boards, serving both major corporate entities and Private Equity clients across Europe and Africa. With over 25 years of international experience, he specializes in the "Process Industries"—notably Chemicals, Materials, and Packaging—and is a recognized expert in navigating the complexities of global supply chains and manufacturing operations. Fabrice’s advisory career is characterized by deep functional expertise and a commitment to industrial innovation. Before his current global leadership role, he served as the Regional Managing Partner for the Industrial Practice in Europe and Africa. His prior experience includes seven years as the European Practice Leader for Chemicals & Process Industries at Russell Reynolds Associates. Fabrice’s perspective is uniquely informed by his time in senior operational roles; he served as the Chief Operating Officer for DSM TCG, where he architected supply chain systems for e-communicative packaging, and as Business Director for Bio-Performance Materials at DSM, where he managed a €5 million budget to scale global bio-polymer strategies. His career also includes a significant tenure at Honeywell Specialty Materials as the Director of Business Development & Strategy for Europe, where he led M&A activities and expansion strategies across EMEA and the CIS. Fabrice is deeply passionate about the intersection of industry and the environment, frequently advising on #sustainability, #climatechange, and the #circulareconomy within the industrial sector. Fabrice holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he graduated in the top 2% of his class with a focus on Operations, Finance, and Strategy. He also earned a complementary degree in Business Administration from the University of Liège, graduating Magna Cum Laude. By combining top-tier academic honors with decades of hands-on leadership in strategy, M&A, and operations, Fabrice provides his clients with a sophisticated and pragmatic roadmap for leadership in a rapidly evolving, sustainability-driven industrial landscape.
