Based in Halifax, she has over seven years of experience in executive recruitment, previously serving as a Senior Consultant at Royer Thompson and as a Consultant and Executive Recruiter at KBRS (Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette). Her expertise lies in a tailored, results-driven approach to sourcing high-fit talent across diverse industries and functions. Prior to her career in executive search, Erica held several roles in the education sector, including Advisor at MC Advisory and Student Recruitment Coordinator at NSCC. She also served as an Undergraduate Advisor and Programming & Engagement Coordinator at Saint Mary’s University, and worked as a Student Engagement Strategist for the SchoolFinder Group.
