Experience Elmer specializes in senior-level leadership search assignments across various sectors, including professional services, consulting and advisory, IT services and outsourcing, enterprise software, hardware and systems, and business services. He works with leading global organizations, both public and private, as well as several of the top firms in private equity and venture capital, helping them retain chief executive officers, chief operating officers, division general managers, chief strategy officers, global practice leaders, sales and business development leaders, and senior consulting partners. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Elmer was head of human resources and corporate services for Indra Sistemas in Asia, a global technology solutions and services company based in Spain.
