Dr. Elizabeth Alvarado became a Search Associate and Executive Coach in 2023. As a consultant, Dr. Alvarado partners with colleges, nonprofits, and companies on initiatives related to career development, higher education, and workforce strategy. Her experience includes roles with institutions and organizations such as Tufts University, Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB), American Council on Education (ACE), National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), Business-Higher Education Forum (BHEF), and Frontrunner Collaborations. She has also worked with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) and SIY Global to support mindfulness and emotional intelligence programs in the workplace.
Previously, as a director with AGB Consulting, Dr. Alvarado collaborated with governing boards and senior leaders on engagements focused on presidential assessments, leadership coaching, and board recruitment, orientation, and development.
Passionate about empowering others, Dr. Alvarado supports first-generation college students through roles with Braven and America Needs You, and formerly served on the board of St. Augustine College, a Hispanic-serving institution in Chicago.
