Eliza Clemens is a Partner in the Technology Officers Practice at Heidrick & Struggles in New York, where she has been working since 2016 and was appointed Partner in January 2025. She leads executive search mandates across technology, digital, operations, security, data and AI, product, and innovation functions, specializing in C-suite and senior leadership roles including CTO, CIO, CISO, CPO, Chief Data and AI Officer, and COO positions. Her client portfolio includes global enterprises and private equity-backed companies undergoing transformation, growth, and value creation across complex and regulated industries. She previously served as Principal from 2023 to 2025 and held progressive roles from Associate through Engagement Manager in the Technology Officers Practice between 2019 and 2022, building deep expertise in technology leadership hiring. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, she worked at Axiom in New York from 2016 to 2019, holding roles in business development, enterprise sales, and account management, where she partnered with General Counsels across industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, where she was also a Division I scholar athlete in women’s lacrosse.
