Elina Koskela is Chief Executive Officer at MPS Enterprises in Finland, where she has been serving since February 2020, and also acts as Managing Director of MPS Career Oy since September 2017, leading recruitment, executive search, personal assessment, and career transition services. She previously served as Director of Business Development at MPS Enterprises from 2016 to 2017, where she was responsible for strategic development projects, leadership development initiatives, and business growth across consulting services. Prior to that, she worked at MPS Career Oy as Team Coach from 2015 to 2016, managing regional operations in Turku, overseeing recruitment processes, executive search, coaching, and HR development services. She also served as Consultant at MPS Career Oy from 2012 to 2015, supporting clients with HR strategy, recruitment, leadership assessment, and organisational development. Before joining MPS, she spent nearly nine years at Alko Oy from 2003 to 2012 as Regional Coordinator, where she was responsible for recruitment, training coordination, and HR development across multiple operational units. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Sociology) from the University of Turku, completed between 2000 and 2005.
