Eli Shapira is Co-Founder and COO of Human Impact in Israel, where he has been working since January 2009, leading global human capital solutions including recruitment, HR outsourcing, management consulting, and merger & acquisition facilitation for multinational and growing organizations. He is also a member of Cornerstone International Group since 2011, representing the Israeli member firm Human Impact within a global executive search and consulting network with over 70 offices worldwide. In addition, he is Co-Founder of Rosh Technologies, also established in 2011, focusing on technology-related business initiatives. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, he spent 15 years at ECI Telecom from 1994 to 2009, where he held multiple roles including Marketing Product Manager, Turn Key Program Manager, and Business Development & Strategy, gaining extensive experience in telecom operations, product strategy, and business development. Earlier in his career, he worked as USA Pacific North West Office Manager at Orbotech from 1989 to 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University (1984–1988) and an MBA from Tel Aviv University (1999–2001).
