Elena Terol is a Managing Partner at Cornerstone International Group in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area, where she has been working since June 2006, leading retained executive search and leadership consulting services across multiple industries including consumer goods, retail, luxury, industrial, pharmaceuticals, services, and banking and finance. She is also an EMEA Council Member at the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) since February 2024, contributing to industry governance and executive search standards across the region. Prior to Cornerstone, she served as Socia Directora at ExcellentSearch from October 2005 to May 2025, where she specialized in executive search and HR consulting, focusing on identifying senior-level talent through direct search methodologies. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Senior Consultant at Hudson from 2001 to 2004, gaining experience in recruitment and talent advisory services. She is actively involved in professional women’s networks including EJE&CON and other leadership associations. She holds an MBA from IE Business School, completed between 1998 and 1999.
