Efrat Shapira is Head of the CIG Israeli office at Cornerstone International Group, where she provides senior-level management consulting and executive search services with a focus on HR, global recruitment, and M&A-related human capital processes. She has extensive experience advising organisations on workforce strategy and international hiring solutions across global markets. Alongside her role at Cornerstone International Group, she serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Ness Technologies, where she focuses on HR leadership and organisational development. She is also Founder and CEO of Human Impact, a company specialising in high-end HR services and foreign recruitment. Previously, she served as VP Human Resources at Extreme Reality (XTR3D), contributing to organisational HR strategy, and was Founder and Partner at Rosh Ashdod Technologies, focused on data services projects. Her career spans leadership roles across HR, recruitment, and organisational consulting. Efrat holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology from Portland State University and completed studies in Adult Psychotherapy at Tel Aviv University School of Medicine.
