Efi has over 20 years of experience in Greek and international taxation (corporate taxation, international corporate taxation, taxation of financial services) and has participated in advisory projects for large investments in Greece. He specializes in intragroup transaction pricing documentation, as well as in the design and implementation of policies, procedures and control mechanisms for the determination, monitoring and control of intragroup transactions. He also has extensive experience in supporting businesses during tax audits of intragroup transactions.
