Edward Valeau is a Senior Executive Coach at Academic Search in the District of Columbia, where he focuses on enhancing presidential and executive effectiveness in higher education through coaching and leadership development. He works closely with senior academic leaders to strengthen leadership capacity and support institutional goals, acting as a trusted advisor in executive performance and organisational effectiveness. In addition to his coaching role, he serves as an Educational Advisor at Wexus Technologies, Inc., supporting higher education initiatives. He previously founded and served as Senior Partner at The ELS Group, LLC, where he led CEO and mid-level searches for colleges and universities across the United States. Earlier in his career, he held a long-term leadership role as Superintendent President Emeritus at Hartnell Community College, where he was responsible for institutional leadership, budgeting, academic planning, and managing faculty and staff. He has also served as a Board Member of the SF Fulbright Chapter. Edward holds a Doctorate in Higher Education and Organizational Behavior from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in School Administration and Supervision from California State University Hayward.
