Reporting directly to the CEO and advising the Board, he was instrumental in fueling profitability through strategic talent management. More recently, he served as Vice President of Talent Optimization at Syneos Health, where he partnered with corporate strategy teams to implement data-driven solutions for critical talent attraction. Ed also held senior leadership roles at Covance, directing global HR for five business units across North America, the UK, and Japan, and served as an HR Director at Hewitt Associates. This extensive experience in managing large-scale, international workforces—supporting up to 5,000 associates—provides him with a unique ability to match urgent growth needs with functional expertise in executive compensation and organizational design. He holds an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business in Finance from Western Illinois University.
