Dimitrios has been with KPMG in Greece since 2008. During his career to KPMG, led the implementation of large size and complex transactions (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, divestures and privatizations) by offering financial advisory and transaction support services to listed/ private companies, institutional investors as well as private equity in Greece and abroad. Furthermore, he has led numerous projects involving deal strategy, financial / vendor due diligence, financial modelling, business plan review, SPA advice, agreed upon procedures and project management services. He has also participated in sale / securitization transactions of performing and non-performing loans.
