Diana Low is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles' Singapore office and a member of the global Consumer Practice. Experience Diana advises regional and global clients on executive search, succession planning, leadership assessment, and development topics for their C-level and board of directors. She has extensive executive search experience working with clients on C-level positions and functional positions including CFO, HR, legal, digital, and sales and marketing. With 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, Diana has worked across various industries and has successfully placed senior executives in leadership roles across Asia Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she worked with two major global recruitment firms where she placed talent across sales, marketing, operations, finance, human resource, legal, and technology functions. She has partnered with a diverse set of clients including Fortune 500 organizations, Asian conglomerates, family-owned businesses, and private-equity-backed companies. Diana is currently focusing on building capabilities for all consumer-facing companies including e-commerce, media and entertainment, and leisure & and hospitality. She is also passionate about the education sector and has successfully placed C-level roles across the industry. Earlier in her career, Diana was with Deloitte and Touche as a senior auditor and she is CPA-qualified in Australia. Diana grew up in Malaysia, lived in multiple cities, and is conversant in English, Mandarin, and Malay. She currently advises clients across Southeast Asia.
