Delphine advises pharmaceutical laboratories, medical device manufacturers and healthcare product distributors on regulatory and contract law issues. She also handles litigation in this field. Delphine is currently training at EFB. She holds a Master 2 in Health Products Industry Law from the Faculté de Droit Paris Descartes and a Master 1 in Private Law from the Faculté de Droit de Strasbourg. Before joining our firm for an internship in the 1st half of 2025, Delphine also worked at the Legal Affairs Department of the French Ministry of Health and Prevention, and completed several internships at companies such as Takeda France SAS, and DP World Dubai, as well as at the law firm Dentons. She speaks French and English.
