Dee Fitzgerald is a Managing Director and the Human Resources Practice Lead for ANZ at Russell Reynolds Associates in Sydney. A registered psychologist with over 20 years of consulting and corporate experience, she specializes in unlocking leadership potential through executive assessment, development, and succession planning. Since joining Russell Reynolds in 2017, she has served as Executive Director before elevating to her current leadership role. Prior to this, Dee was a Senior Consultant and Regional Talent Assessment SME for AsiaPac at Right Management and served as the Leadership Development Director at Lee Hecht Harrison. Her earlier career includes seven years as Director of Xancam Consulting Limited in London, a business psychology firm, and five years as Director of Eolas Limited. She also held internal corporate roles as Global Talent Manager at British American Tobacco, Training & Development Manager at RoMEC, and began her career as a Psychologist for the Post Office in London. Dee holds an MSc in Occupational & Organisational Psychology from the University of East London and a BSc Honours in Applied Psychology with Pure Maths from University College Cork.
