Declan commenced his search career in 1992, and founded Kerry Consulting in 2003. Prior to Kerry, he founded Michael Page International in Singapore and has lived/worked in Europe, the United States, Singapore, Australia and Japan. He is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and CPA Australia and holds an MA from Trinity College Dublin.
