Prior to joining Johnson Partners in 2021, he served as an Associate at Boyden, focusing on customized leadership solutions. Dean’s leadership style is heavily influenced by his five-year service in the Australian Army’s Armoured Corps as a Crew Commander, where he developed a foundation of accountability and precision. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance and International Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
