Dawn O’Neil AM is the CEO of eWater Systems, an Australian B Corporation dedicated to reducing chemical pollution through sustainable electrolysis technology. A highly respected leader in the social and mental health sectors, she previously served as the CEO of both Lifeline Australia and beyondblue, where she led systemic changes in suicide prevention and mental health policy. Dawn is the Managing Director of Dawn O'Neil & Associates, providing expertise in leadership development and strategic planning, and serves as an Ambassador for Fisher Leadership’s Executive Mental Health & Wellbeing initiative. Her extensive governance experience includes tenures as the founding Chair of STREAT Ltd and a Board Member for Lifeline International. Recognized for her contributions to the community, she is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Royal Society of the Arts. Dawn holds an MBA from the University of Wollongong.
