David Webber is the Managing Partner and Head of Office for Odgers Belgium in Brussels. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has undertaken high-level assignments locally and internationally, supporting clients in placing C-suite executives, Director Generals, and Board members across corporates, associations, and international organizations. He also leads specialist professional services assignments encompassing strategy, IT, legal, economics, transformation, and public procurement. In addition to his search career, he recently concluded a tenure as the Chair of the Human Capital & Talent Committee for AmCham Belgium. Prior to becoming a headhunter, David provided consultancy, regulatory, and political support, serving as a Board Member for the PA International Foundation and as a Senior Partner and Senior Advisor for PA Europe over a 13-year period. Earlier in his career, he worked for GLOBE International tackling sustainability issues. He holds a BA Honors in Economic Development and Planning from Coventry University.
