He began his career in consulting, ultimately serving as a Managing Director at a global leadership advisory firm, where he led the Houston and Gulf Coast operations. He then held senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and BP, followed by serving as Chief Learning Officer for Reliance Industries in India, and later in Senior Vice President roles at CBRE and USAA. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, he founded January Leadership, a boutique advisory firm, and served as a strategic partner to executive teams across global organizations, founder-led businesses, and private-equity-backed ventures.
