David Detrilles is a Managing Director and Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates in Brussels. He conducts local and international executive searches and leads assessments for C-suite executives, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders in the private equity, real estate, banking, and insurance sectors. David has been with the firm since 2015, previously serving as a Consultant before his promotion to Managing Director in 2023. Currently, he is also an International Advisory Board Member for the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and has served as a Director for The Refugee Next Door since 2007. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, David was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and worked as a Summer Associate for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund. His earlier experience includes five years at BNP Paribas Fortis, where he focused on Equity Capital Markets and M&A as a Senior Associate. David holds an MBA with a major in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar, and a Master in Business Engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
