David Andersen is an Executive Search and Assessment Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA), a "Big 3" global leadership advisory firm. Based in Atlanta, he specializes in recruiting and assessing senior leadership and board directors for Fortune 500, private equity-backed, and privately held organizations. His expertise spans multiple markets, including technology, consumer, industrial, and financial services, with a particular focus on the Global Tech Sector—for which he received the firm's Annual Quality Award for excellence in client service. David’s search experience includes high-level engagements for CEOs, COOs, CROs, and Corporate Officers, as well as recruiting operating executives into private equity and partners for global consulting firms. He has been with Russell Reynolds Associates since 2011. David earned his bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he served as Student Body President. He is also a former board trustee for the Alumni Association at Wesleyan School.
