With over 15 years in leadership recruitment and staffing, Daryl spent the previous 19 years in progressive executive leadership positions with a leading Canadian telecommunications company. In total, Daryl carries over 30 years of diverse leadership, strategy and business operations experience and excellence with a very strong and successful background in building, coaching and developing high performing teams. Daryl is very active in the Calgary community as a volunteer, and is a board member of the W.H.L. alumni association and a volunteer with the Calgary JR A Mountaineers Lacrosse Team.
