Daniela Beyrouti is the Managing Partner of the Swiss office of Odgers Berndtson, and is a member of the global Consumer, Media/Entertainment, Industrial, Not for Profit and Human Resources Practices. She has been based in Switzerland since 2010. Before joining Odgers Berndtson she worked with Swiss, and multinational clients on high level local and international executive search assignments. Prior to this, she was located in Los Angeles, where her focus was on Venture and Private Equity backed high-tech and online media start-ups, and on helping traditional clients in media and entertainment with their digital transition. Her executive search career began 15 years ago in Paris as European Director of Research, managing over 70 Associates in 17 offices. Daniela holds an MBA degree from ESCP-EAP, France, and is multilingual.
