Based at our regional desk in Vienna, Daniel has served as a Principal Consultant MU’s Life Sciences practice since 2026. He specialises in executive search and leadership advisory across Europe. His primary sector focus includes Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Technology, and Pharmaceuticals. Since 2011, Daniel has held senior roles at both family owned (Kienbaum) and publicly listed (Page Executive, part of PageGroup) executive search firms. In these roles, he has focused on executive search and management solutions at board and sub-board levels for mid-sized companies, private equity backed companies and publicly listed companies across Austria, CEE, and Europe. In both roles, he was a member of the international MedTech & Life Sciences and Consumer Goods & Retail practices. In addition to that, he has experience in Industrial, Building and Construction, Logistics, and Business Services. Daniel holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Bielefeld, Germany and and an MBA in General Management from University for Continuing Education Krems, Austria. He is a native German speaker, fluent in English.
