Dana Krueger is Managing Director and Global Capabilities Co-Leader on the Senior Leadership Team at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she has worked since November 2007 and currently operates across Amsterdam and New York advising CEOs and boards on leadership strategy, succession planning and executive search, with a strong focus on the global healthcare sector. She also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and previously led the Global Healthcare business and Global Biotech & Pharmaceuticals Practice, where she scaled the firm’s healthcare advisory capabilities across biopharma, medtech, healthtech and healthcare services. Prior to her current leadership roles, she worked extensively as a senior advisor on leadership and succession within the healthcare industry, driving global executive search and assessment engagements. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she was a Global Account Manager and key member of the European life sciences practice at Monitor Group, now part of Deloitte. Earlier in her career, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University and a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Sydney. She holds a PhD and AM in Biology from Harvard University and a BA in Biology, summa cum laude, from Lawrence University. a
