Dan Mihnea Badiu is the VP EMEA and an Associate Partner at AIMS International, bringing over 20 years of deep-rooted expertise in human resources and executive search. Based in Bucharest, he has managed several hundred recruitment projects for mid and top-management positions across a diverse range of industries. Dan’s career is marked by a strong focus on organizational development, having held leadership roles at Adecco and Lugera before returning to AIMS. He is a specialist in behavioral profiling (DISC/SHL) and has personally interviewed over 3,000 candidates throughout his career.
