Dale Zankl is a Director in the Dubai office of Stanton Chase and is a member of the firm’s Global Natural Resources and Energy Practice, with focus on Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy and Power Generation, Construction, Industrial Services, Technology, and Communications. Dale has over 25 years of global industry expertise covering functional leadership roles in Executive Management, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology and QHSE. Credited with identifying, placing and mentoring leaders in Multinationals, Conglomerates, and family-owned companies, Dale has also delivered assessment programs and successfully applied strategic coaching on candidate development. Dale has been UAE based over the last 8 years, frequent travel and extensive knowledge across the GCC with national content employment initiatives working with local and global executive management. He previously held the role of Global Staffing Manager at Weatherford, as well as senior positions with Schlumberger and Baker Hughes. Dale is volunteer Chairman of the Northern Emirates Section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). He earned an MBA in Oil and Gas Management from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK. Dale is fluent in English, with basic German, French, and Spanish.
