With over 13 years at BoardWalk Consulting, she has developed and executed leadership searches focused on aligning executive talent with mission-driven organizations, emphasizing cultural fit, values alignment, and proven leadership impact. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Director at the firm, leading business development and executive search engagements for nonprofit and foundation clients. Earlier in her career, she was Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she led technology sector searches, and held senior leadership roles at Monster as Executive Vice President of Sales, overseeing major revenue and large sales teams, and at IBM, where she spent over 16 years progressing through multiple roles to Vice President of ibm.com, managing large-scale sales operations and revenue growth initiatives. Crystal holds an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University.
