Prior to joining Russell Reynolds in 2018, he was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he spearheaded international initiatives across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America, focusing on financial services and organizational strategy. His foundational corporate experience includes a tenure in the Group Technical Accounting department at UBS.
