Colin Wong is Managing Partner, Greater China at Odgers, where he leads the firm�s offices across the region and oversees executive search consulting and leadership advisory services for clients. He joined Odgers in 2010 and has progressed through multiple roles including Senior Associate, Consultant, Principal, Partner, and Managing Partner Hong Kong before assuming his current regional leadership position. His industry specialization spans retail and consumer, media and entertainment, industrial manufacturing, and automotive sectors, with earlier experience also covering public sector and financial services. Prior to Odgers, he worked as a Senior Regional Consultant at HRnet One and as an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, focusing on executive search across consumer, industrial, education, and non-profit sectors. He began his career as a Research Consultant at Morgan McKinley and was previously Managing Director and Co-Founder of E-tecs Limited, an electronic manufacturing services and global sourcing company based in Shenzhen. Colin holds a BSc in Technology and Management from the University of Bradford and completed an Executive Development Program at Cass Business School.
