Cliff Howe is a Partner at Spencer Stuart in Calgary, where he leads the firm�s Energy Practice in Canada and manages the Calgary office while also being a member of the global Financial Services, Private Equity, CEO, and Board practices. He specializes in executive search for board directors, CEOs, and senior C-suite executives across Canada and the United States, with deep industry experience in energy and financial services. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 2008, Cliff worked as a Principal at Towers Perrin in enterprise risk management and executive compensation. Earlier, he was Managing Director at Risk Capital Management, where he helped establish the firm�s Canadian office in Calgary and provided risk and transaction advisory services across energy, chemicals, mining, and financial services sectors. He also spent nine years at TransCanada in senior leadership roles, including Vice President positions in energy trading, risk management, and finance, and began his career at KPMG in Calgary. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
