About Ms. Stephens
After gaining her business degree in International Management and Marketing at European Business School (EBS) in Germany, Claudia worked on numerous beauty brands throughout Europe and the United States. She has worked in key leading positions for companies and brands that include Procter&Gamble, Wella, Sebastian, Halston, Borghese, Erno Laszlo, Bourjois, Ungaro and Chanel.
After her 15+ years in the corporate world, she decided to start her own Consultancy Business focusing on Executive Search and Strategic Business Building. Her clients range from multinational corporations, medium-sized businesses to privately owned companies.
