She has over 15 years of experience in consulting firms, nine of them at a multinational US firm with a presence in Latin America and Europe. From the beginning of her career, Claudia has cultivated her passion for fostering personal growth and improving organizations by creating more enriching environments, with a focus on connecting professional development with business strategy and objectives. She has extensive experience in career transition processes, mentoring, potential assessment and skills development, which has allowed her to support leaders and organizations in their change processes. Her renowned experience leading organizational climate and culture processes for multinational and national companies has enabled her to guide diverse clients in implementing action plans that make a difference and leverage the achievement of strategic business objectives. In recent years, her expertise has focused on developing Employee Experience projects, as well as leading Human Resources consulting teams from both a strategic and commercial perspective. With experience in companies in different sectors, including consumer goods & retail, health, banking, insurance, industry and energy among others.
