Claire Floreani is Partner, Sustainability Consulting, in the TRANSEARCH office in Paris. She has been working with TRANSEARCH International for the last 15 years as an Executive Search and Leadership consultant in France and globally (Canada, US, Latin America and Germany). Prior to joining TRANSEARCH International, she has held Marketing & Sales executive roles in various IT and business consulting companies in France. Inspired by leaders who have transformed their company towards a sustainable business model, Claire would like to "Make an impact in sustainability through people and change lives". Claire graduated from HEC Paris (master's in management) and Centrale Supelec (Certificate, Corporate Sustainability Management). She speaks French, English and German.
