About Mrs. Hilsheimer
Cindy Hilsheimer, founder and managing principal, is ardently service-minded. By nature she is a helper, facilitator, a problem-solver and dot-connector. It was this passion to help organizations that inspired the formation of SC search consultants in 1999.
After a start in the Big 4 and serving in business for 15 years, Cindy combined her passion for people, business, information and technology with her entrepreneurial spirit to form an executive search firm with the goal of helping organizations achieve their goals by recruiting blue-chip leadership.
